Robert Brandhagen's Bio

Pastor Bob came to know Jesus Christ in 1983 as a freshman at the University of Wisconsin at LaCrosse.  Almost immediately he sensed a call to lifetime vocational ministry.

He transferred to Moody Bible Institute in Chicago and attended there from 1986-1989.  By God's grace he received the B.A. degree in Pastoral Studies.

He was a youth pastor at Bethel Baptist Church in Oshkosh, WI from 1989-1991.  After that he attended his first year of seminary at Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi ('91-'92).

From 1992-1994 he attended seminary at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield/Bannockburn, Illinois. He graduated from the M.Div. program in 1994.

Pastor Bob was an Associate Pastor with the Evangelical Free Church of America in Des Moines, IA and then in Indianola, IA from 1994-1999.

In 2000 Pastor Bob came to First Baptist Church in Reedsburg in a part-time capacity. He has been full-time at the church since January of 2006, and as of 2011, also serves at Big Spring Congregational Church in Wisconsin Dells in a part-time capacity. In 2015 he graduated from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.

Pastor Bob's passions are "The 4Ps"—Prayer, Preaching, Pro Life, and Persecuted church ministries.
